High performance and extreme conditions demand specific materials
and durable print. Tungate group offers our laboratory testing
facility to all our Industrial customers. Salt water immersion,
UV, abrasion deep freeze. All conditions can be tested and materials
recommended.

Our customers are hospitals, Health services, chemical and pharmaceutical
manufacturers. Durable self adhesive labels are required for vials
and chemical containers. Barcode labels for tracking. Heat resistant
materials for sterilization equipment and Tamper evident labels

Tungate group manufacture "critical labeling, flow solder, cable
and harness identification, pipe labeling, asset identification.

Roll, Fanfolded, sprocket-fed or sheeted labels. Using the latest
reel-fed printing presses we can offer unprinted labels for subsequent
in-house over-printing via thermal, laser or inkjet. All our raw
materials are tested and approved by leading printer manufactures.
Printed labels up to eleven colour capability supplied on paper
or durable synthetic materials.
Tactile
Labels
Self adhesive warning triangle labels. Combined with custom printed
label or supplied separately these Tactile labels help the visually
impaired section of the community identify hazardous products.
Multi-Layer
Labels
Through product development we can now produce 2 ply labels ideal
for product promotions or brand launching. This type of label
is also ideal when a large amount of data is required, but with
limited space.
High
Performance Labelling
Durable face stocks able to withstand UV, chemicals and extreme
temperatures. Protective films to withstand abrasion and adhesives
capble of bonding to the most difficult surfaces including oily
metals, powder coating and low surface energy plastics.

/ Tamper Evident Labels

demands innovative material and print processes. Tungate supply
a range of products which are specifically designed to accommodate
